A.T. Studio Service
For Mưa Đỏ, A.T. Studio Service handled a major part of the film’s sound design and post-production process, covering work ranging from dialogue editing and processing to sound effects, ambience, and the completion of the final soundtrack.
For a large-scale war film, sound production requires close coordination between multiple layers of sound and different stages of post-production. Production recordings are selected and edited as the foundation of the soundtrack, then expanded with sound effects, environmental layers, ambience, and designed sounds that support the space and events of each scene.
The process was carried out over several months, involving a large volume of audio material and hundreds of sound tracks. This required continuous organization, editing, and quality control to maintain consistency between picture, dialogue, effects, and music.
For A.T. Studio Service, Mưa Đỏ represents a significant project demonstrating the studio’s ability to deliver large-scale sound post-production for cinema — where sound not only recreates the physical environment but also contributes to the film’s space, rhythm, and emotional impact.
A Soundtrack Built from Hundreds of Layers
From production recordings to sound elements created during post-production, each component serves a specific role within the final soundtrack.
Gunfire, explosions, and battlefield effects establish the scale and intensity of the combat sequences. Ambience and environmental sounds define the surrounding space. Dialogue remains central to the story and the actors’ performances. Smaller details — from movement and object interactions to moments of silence — contribute to the sense of presence and help place the characters within the world of the film.
When these individual layers are combined and balanced during the final stages, they become a unified soundtrack that works together with the picture.
This also reflects A.T. Studio Service’s approach to film sound: not simply processing individual tracks, but building an integrated sound system that serves the story as a whole.
